It will only happen if the A$300,000 capital raising comes off, if not will the Directors put their hands in their pockets & stump up the cash ? I seriously doubt it.
If they have faith in this potential purchase & Codeifai's future then give the shareholders some proof - PUT UP THE A$300,000 yourselves
