I don't remember LaJolla or TTT getting such a favourable conversion price.
Is this the Bank converting its $5M + Interest in shares??? Has anyone ever seen the terms and conditions for the convertible note that the bank holds? Where is the disclodure?
If this is a sign of things to come, existing shareholders are about to take one for the team yet again.
