I think it's been held in the mid to high 4s to support an incoming CR and next acquisition. Oakley's mandate is clearly favourable for them in completing a successful further acquisition and the US CEO hinted in one coming in a recent interview.
I think someone mentioned $4m in funds lined up? Well Resolution 8 in the NoM to the upcoming meeting for the approval to issue up to 150,000,000 shares at a maximum discount of 25% would see a raise of $4-$5m at 4c slotting in there quite well.
