you mortgaged your house? Instead of it costing you 100000 dollars cash you end up paying 800000 to the bank....so what did you do?

Nobody would be in business without borrowing in some way be it issuing shares, debentures or hedging. And remember, when the bank loaned you the money, they controlled 100 percent of your assets. I trust the management of CCU knows what it is doing......me becoming a millionaire depends on it.....lol.....
