Im certain you post out of ignorance rather than a deliberate attempt to defraud but you need to know that this statement of yours is a lie.

The rising carbon dioxide level in our atmosphere is unambiguously caused by human behaviours. Nature maintains balance in the system but we have disturbed that balance. Natural levels of CO2 are essential but the massive quantities we pour in is unregulated waste. The natural environment is not dealing with it and the unregulated waste stream has become filthy carbon pollution.
A carbon tax will at least provide an incentive for us to change this unnatural behaviour
