Yes, and rightly so. I doubt any retail investors would support a cap raising anyway given recent management comments.
Probably better that way in the circumstances. Obviously that +40c was rubbish which was why management issued themselves options at 30c. They think the company is only worth 25c.
Hopefully will return to 25c in coming weeks but you can now forget 40c.
Retail can always buy on market it desired.
