Nice find Joel, though I had a chuckle that at the end of the discussion about ALK/Mand, the interviewer segues into Copper.... without having even mentioned Boda/Kai! ALK does have a bit of Copper!

Anyway, the interesting part was his prediction around the current share price weakness and.. inherently in his logic, a later rise after the completion of the deal. Though I am continuing to buy for more than a 10% return (not that his strategy does not have merit, and clearly it works for him!)

I found this short video which basically just had a brief top down look at ALK/Mand and the deal - This Gold Merger Isn’t What It Seems | Mandalay x Alkane Merger

I liked how they highlighted that 45% of the Mandalay shareholders have already agreed to the deal (the hurdle is 66%). Clearly the Mandalay board and it's biggest shareholders see the benefits and logic of this deal. Though most of the video is superficial.



Perhaps ALK might.... even take a leaf from Mandalay's book regarding the more recent Caloma U/G results and actually explain to the market that it could be accessed in the near/medium term to enhance Tomi grades....
