Well mikey26 I can think of a thing or 2 that could drag it lower - say permitting refused or delayed.

I don't think that will happen based on PEN's performance but there are things that could drag it lower in the shorter term particularly. I wouldn't get lured into a false sense of security after all this is the stock market & a stock can go 3 ways - up, down or sideways.

It is pleasing to see PEN's strength in holding onto its gains in recent times without a doubt, unless there's a real fundamental reason to sell I will be holding on for some time yet.
