Today's judgement in North Queensland from a judge from the Federal Court commenting on climate change were really concerning.....he even specifically criticised the Morrison Coalition government and their so called not strong enough emission reduction targets!
It was in relation to a case brought by Torres Strait Islanders against the Commonwealth, alleging their lack of action on climate change was devastating their Islands and removing a future for them.
