What money has Lynas raised in last 3 years? Markets may change in seconds. For right now MP is so far ahead Lynas cannot SEE them. In A$ MP now has commitments for over A$ 3B, Not including USG guarantees on NdPr prices. Yes this board says that MP is a small player at best compared to Lynas. Right now I will agree with that. But people in US Seem to think Otherwise and willing to back it up with CASH.
Many reasons could be given, as to why this is happening. MP is on NYSE, They are a US company. They are in the boarders of the 50 states.. Except a 52% partnership with a metals company in Vietnam. The fact still remains MP is receiving all the money needed for growth as of right now. Some really good press in US as well.
For the record my recent Puts in MP are very likely to be a 100% loss. Already to the point, they are not worth selling. Would rather just wait and see what happens. Still MP Puts are a plus only spent 70% of my first-round gains to buy second round. A loss is a loss no matter where the money came from.
