Maybe they need someone to try and get the company in as good an order as possible for the pending move to administration.
They would be down to a few thousand dollars by now so the accountant would not have that much to do really without some sort of end game.
Deals at this stage would be in the realm of a fairy tale - very unlikely - unles some comapny takes them over for a song. IF there is any real merit with BIT's IP.
