feel like the bloke taking over, having been there for 25 years, isn't going to change much. Company has great assets but its about not stuffing up as CEO not actually making things better. Everything they're saying about reducing costs, complexity etc, heard it all before. RIO's never going to be a company you invest in for any other reason than you take a view on commodity prices
