It is certainly a test of conviction and patience!
But I think prospects are better right now than they have been for anytime over the past five years. There is a growing order book in Malaysia and a couple of significant developments in vietnam that are still held on the books at cost which are due to complete in the next 12-24 months. All this should materially increase earnings and book value. In my view, book value could get close to $2/share within 3 years.
I may be clutching at straws, but this seems to be reflected in trading activity over the past few months. Volatility is very high due to the low liquidity but I have noticed there are no sellers of any significant volume below 60 cents. Average sale price in July is above 60 cents which is about 10-15% above where it was trading a few months ago. If results start coming through as expected, the low liquidity will drive price higher fairly quickly.
