I was disappointed with delay as well... BUT afterwards I was also pleased that we have a board prepared to make tough decisions, rather than simply say well - we have a gov grant for part of the costs, and we don't want to pay back $3m -> so let's vote yes...
When they make the decision to invest in Sapphire in 2.5 months time, we will know it's the right decision
