“On May 22, I [put] $3.86 million into Cromwell. I’d be up 10 per cent on that, that’s in a month,” he said.
“Cromwell own a lot of offices. I bought them at 33¢. They’ve been as high as 90¢ before, why are they so low now? I think it’s a possible 50 per cent on your money.”
