Good luck with your decision on what to do moving forward. Before I sold I thought of it in terms of how much i could salvage versus how much I've lost.
Inforone - after what you have learnt I am amazed that you would even think of touching this one again at any price. Somethings are just poison and once you learn what is poison you don't go there again. But you do warn others stay away.
