yea they call it 'hung out to dry' . i must seek a transcript of the court hearing. i would be interested in the circumstances of how this double omission came to the attention of the board. obviously it was not immediately identified, so who did identify it? who authorised the application and issuance notifications , was everyone who should have been advised , advised of the action ? its almost inconceivable that such a routine but important governance procedure be in oversight not once but twice consecutively........ as usual there is a sour smell in the air with the circumstances of another corporate irregularity for this team of management superstars
