    It is a trend, and not a good one that Government and business totally ignore any communication with their clients.
    Or if you do get a real person they are also totally unresponsive
    If you ask for a senior or experienced person to answer your query you just get another brain dead clerk who cannot give any sort of semi technical answer
    It is obvious that business is transiting to AI so that the business can eliminate people totally

    So you are left with only two alternatives as I see it
    1/ Deal with people overseas and ignore Australian business
    2/ Deal with local store front people where you can walk in the door and actually speak to people where it is much harder for them to ignore you

    There have to be many other places you can go for fixed term investments, vote with your feet
