My initial thought re the CR was why not wait until the offtake deals were announced and raise at a resulting better price. But maybe it was necessary to raise during offtake discussions to avoid being railroaded by the off-takers, or that the off-takers insisted that ORN bolster their bank balance as part of the deal. Not easy being a minnow running on fumes for so long! I too am somewhat optimistic after Tony's comments and apparent confidence - not sure if that means I will throw more money at it yet.
