Yes, you're right.
There are synergies with vet-in-schools as they seem to share the same platforms (I think I read it, but do not remember where).

There is a good description of the industry training business in the RAAS research initiation report (available for free on their website).
It confirms that Southern Solutions was profitable at the time of its acquisition (in Nov 22).
This acquisition has not done that well so far, due to a challenging period in 2023 (reason why they did not pay the earn out) and again in 2025.
Southern Solutions is also less profitable that vet-in-schools as it provides the trainers and carries the cost (unlike vet-in-school business).
