    "The underwriter has placed the shortfall stock with a small number of strategic investors and Intermoco welcomes them to the register. The directors Ian Kiddle and Andrew Meehan also took up an additional parcel of 1m shares each in addition to their rights issue entitlements."

    Unlike as suggested here before, the underwriter won't be dumping any stock at 0.005.
