Well first of all, Kobold themselves have stated that AVZ have to be fairly compensated did they not? And like others have said, if Kobold come out and offer peanuts, AVZ can just say no and then hold up the mine for many years in courts, DRC and Kobold do not want that either. Its a win/win for everyone if the price offered is fair for both sides.
