2~3% of the USA population is affected , and as modern day living creates further stress that number will increase.
Having said that , there are a huge amount of products in phase II and III currently ...on the otehr hand , many more fail to deliver sustained results than ever make it to market (i.e. no product has 'cracked it' , yet , without serious side effects that is)
