Am sober this morning, lol, however I maintain that I think the consolidation is irrelevant.

I think jenx has a point where the class action is a bit of a cloud over us at the moment.

I would like to know how much the class action is seeking, it's chances of success and how much OZL could potentially be up for.

Given that the whole fiasco occurred during the GFC and every single company on the ASX had their values decimated and ASIC has already cleared OZL, what is the likelihood of this succeeding?
