    I agree with Hiphop, I'd pick some up at 1.5. I for some reason still think this will hit multiples of current price. When? Whenever the Indian government gets it act together and makes decisions and grants the required approvals. Also waiting on the other projects in the wings ie more with HCL re: copper mines etc.
    Tired of waiting but will hang on to these........... Is there a sentiment on HC for very, very, very long term buy?
