To me, reads more like they are sending this guy in to look under the bonnet and fact find about historical events and decisions, given that Pension Fund is concerned about recoverability of their equity and debt investments. MM exit is meaningless given he had little skin in the game and was TG mouthpiece. HS gave them apparent NED respectability (famous Asian trading hong family name, ie loadsa money).
