Its one of the glaring reasons for an Independent Board now mate which we are moving towards thankfully . Its now time for the Chairman to step aside .
To have Performance Options in place is one thing but to not reach set targets & yet are somehow still have them granted is another .
Or was the bar set at seriously low level .
Changes are now taking place - very good ones so far with more too come it would appear .
