ATM, the offer can be 50, 60, 70 cents.

The offer is NOT TAKEOVER atm, but placement.

Tht means, every cents GBE raise from ECE JV will eventually in control by ECE and not GBE. ECE will make sure they have 51% of GBE on fully diluted basis.

Which means ord investor like you and me is not directly benefiting from the revised offer. But indiectly, we assume the money comin in will be well spend.

Our Mark.Santa has already shown how "good" he is on on deal "making" n giving freebies to instos mate and his "performance" employee. Don put high hope on him i supposed.

i have mentioned previuosly, i'm taking a big punt that ECE is here to deliver.You may say: what if it fails? What if the chinese is here to control our REE, or ECE shelving project and use the fund to pay back themselves? And the story of more conspiracy goes on....

In case you may not aware who is ECE background, have a nice research and judge yourself. General Shao Yi of ECE happened to be elected as the chairman in the China Precious Metal Committee recently.

Cut short, revised offer is just to comfort some shareholders thinking 40.5 cents definetely sound better than 34.5

if you ask me yes or no, i can tell you that i'm confused myself atm, i knew the chinua onto something and i have try to contact Genral shoa Yi in ECE but to no avail atm. I will try again until i catch him. Otherwise, i may just have to attend the EGM and see how it goes.
