if answer is no the above, worth nothing until they sign a deal ... imo. then it may be worth some speculating on when they'll get it out of the ground. Until then, they own nothing.

the other thing I'd be wary of, is a quick and nasty DD just to hurry up getting the asset to keep the sails full of wind, so to speak.
