Could someone please clarify the situation regarding the gold rights for tenement EL6502 which surrounds the mining leases at the Gawler mill.
In their announcements MEU state that they have 100% of the gold rights and associated minerals under the WCGJV.
Barton state in their investor presentation that they have 100% of the gold rights.
Is it an ongoing legal battle?
The result will no doubt have a huge impact on Barton’s plans.
