For all those saying the board is doing a good job, give them a chance, what do you expect etc etc.
I would also say this was not even part of the strategic review, no way could they spend 6 months to screw over the SH like this, this was done end of last week, because the board had "NOTHING"
Or if this is a deal put together by the new CEO and CFO , help us all.
