Wrong sorry Seedy...I had a conversation with CDU in Sept 09...I was told they expected the ML to be issued by end of Nov 09..then they would begin mining.

Also if the ML is issued soon without a plant there is only so much stripping you can do.
I think a steady state production mine will be closer to 2015 than 2012. I think dividends (if any) will be further out again as they try and clear debt and risk first.

Seems like the market is being very cautious with this one and many are losing the faith...who can blame them!!
