No financier is going to jump into bed on the back of a Silver deposit which is secondary to the main deposit, but more so because Silver is highly volatile and can't be used as a financing metric unless its the primary commodity, a significant deposit and deeply discounted because of the volatility.
What you are suggesting here is imaginary.
