Dear Shareholders,
Been following this one for a while now:

Maybe I am missing something but looks one of the best examples of Grifting on the ASX
* Cosy Exec board paying themselves 900k per year
* A collection of average startups that are significantly underfunded
* Minimal skin in the game from board and management
* Raise capital each year to keep themselves in a job
Wouldn't surprise me if these guys are all sitting on a beach in Europe at present

Over the past 9 months 1.7m has been spent on Staff, Admin and Corporate costs.
The measly amount of 854k has been invested into the underlying companies offset by 700k R+D refund.

So here we have folks a prime example of a "lifestyle" company!
You CANNOT build companies without significant investment.
These guys are very good at investing in themselves.

You guys have a powerful vehicle in the PDF, but it wont ever matter as these guys will never create any capital gains.
Might be time for some rattling on this one but interested in shareholder views?
