It certainly hasn't gone as it might have. Had the shares been sold on market in a block at the higher rate, the buyer would have had to gobble those in line before it. Also, if the large holding is sold off in lots, a takeover might be iffy, which is what, I believe, the market has been looking for. For now, the market will be puzzled and not know what step to take.
I'm watching this one with interest- a very interesting play. Just hard to know when/if to enter now with this new state of affairs.
A new holder ANN will be of the utmost interest.
