I was there today from 1030 to 1230 to check on my investment.
I didn't see any shop vacancies.
The number of shoppers was more than I expected for a weekday morning.
The only worrying aspect was David Jones, which had more staff than customers, especially towards the back. DJs has a huge surface area. I suspect their rent is low.
