either that or look at a protected equity loan. Pay the interest up front, equivalent to your CGT bill and you cant lose.
You get all div's, and any gains on holdings at the term of the loan. If the SP goes down there is no loss to you as the stock is hedged against ETO's. The money you paid in interest was going to the tax man anyway, and they dont pay dividends!
