This is a significant announcement imho as Franklin Templeton Fund is a very serious fund investor with market capitalisation of US$12.86 billion.
Of course size of fund doesnt mean they get it right every time, but one would expect that the Franklin Templeton Fund would not invest $3 million in AUC unless beleived it had a chance of success.
Risk in everything of course with mineral exploration and development.
