Jupiter, does that question really need a response??
All companies sign an agreement, pending DD, which was announced at the time the announcement was put out.
Naturally DD was underway, but a deal of this size takes a bit longer than a week or two of DD.
Strange to say the least that you don't read the announcements properly!
They know what they are acquiring, as to do the ASX, as management spend 2 days with them nutting out what they could and could not announce to the market.
I would suggest that if the ASX let management put out the information in the announcement that they wanted to, all this speculation would be non existent.
Found the speeding ticket farcical today. People do their own research, and like me, many have found if you Google search, there is only one mine in Kazakhstan. Satimola. If its not this, the ASX should have let them put out exactly what mine they were acquiring, and halt any speculation.
