"The SPP is seeking to raise A$2.5 million...... Amplia has received firm commitments for $2.5 million worth of shortfall shares under the SPP (in the event of a shortfall). Amplia retains the discretion to accept over-subscriptions of up to an additional $7.5 million of New Shares under the SPP."

So the SPP could be over-subscribed to $2.5m + $7.5m =$10m;

Then the maximum total cash on hand will be: $25m (Placement) + $10m (SPP) + $7m (balance as at 30/06/25) + $8.2m (R&D Tax Refunds) - $1.93m (broker fee - 5.5% for Bell Potter) + cash from converting options (up to $20m) ≈ $48.3m + cash from converting options (up to $20m) + payment from potential regional licensing agreements (well positioned for the next 2 years);

And the total SOI after the raise will be: 540.85m + 90.3m (quoted options) + 20.23m (unquoted options).
