A shell waiting for an asset

Super interesting journey for this one.

Used to be CXX which owned the Panda Hill Niobium Asset. Spun it out into an unlisted asset which was probably a mistake.

Then bought geothermal assets and relisted the vehicle. Seems like some infighting between management but we have well credentialled major shareholders and Grant Davey has been buying on market.

Fully diluted is 750M shares so at $0.005 it's $3.75M mkt cap vs $3.6M cash on hand.

Announcement in March talked about looking at other assets and potentially buying them.

Will double on an acquisition.
