Well this is unexpected This is being timed to be released with Q results. Question that needs asking is does Lynas plan to shift from a growth plan of High volume and different pure REE oxides to that of MP which is focused on Metals and Magnets? A little late for that. I will wait for Q report but Cash was getting low in Q3. Where is cash to develop, Clays, Magnets and finish Texas. I think some major dilution is going to hit current stock holders.
MOUs do not mean that anything will happen. Look at Blue Line, May 2019. Just gives AL something to talk about and distract investors from other issues.
