Capricorn, which has a market capitalization of $4.13 billion, says the transaction will immediately add 2.3 million ounces of gold-equivalent to Capricorn’s existing Western Australian mineral base which contains 247.8 million tonnes @ 0.85 grams per tonne gold for 6.8 million ounces.
These numbers are seriously unbalanced. I'm perplexed why the board would think this is OK?
CCM - $4.3B MC = 4.5Mozeq
WA8 - $170M MC = 2.3Mozeq
is that correct?
