It is clear CMM need to be a tad more pro-active to get this over the line a 3% drop in their SP yesterday sets of alarm bells for me.Kinda reminds me of the Latin resources scrip takeover Pilbarra's SP tanked from around the $3 price to $1.50 leaving a lot of Latin shareholders with a huge loss.
CMM need to start buying on the open market in a big way which would indicate a true takeover price.Also offering a freebie to WA8 shareholders like options or rights would help.
