CVC bought the 30m. Interstingly they didn'y buy more?
They don't tend to buyout businesses but get into major controlling interest, take a board seat and then run the business. May not be a takeover down the track just yet.
They couldn't buy the lot from TJN as they would break the 20% takeover rule, but I suspect that they could have bought more. I think they have bought just enough to control the business ie board seats.
I truely wander what TJN is going to do with the remain 40m shares (9.3%) of GPM? I suspect they will have to slowly sell this down into the market. May place pressure on the SP in the short term.
