Disagree with this, they are all 'assets'. Some more valuable than others. There's a number of scenarios that could play out - few will be good for holders. But there's no need to "run it". They could just divest the assets.
This is why you don't get into bed with the vulture funds. The IMU dream became a nightmare the day this deal was signed.
