Shows you how far forward the market looks - does the market seriously think that all these sales contacts that are contacting us are going to come to nothing??

Look at the timing --- right in the guts of budget planning for Fed, State and lga's ---------- the money becomes available on July 1.

Will the market wait that long to see the sales figures?
Will it wait until the first quarter results in the nfy?

Will they then wake up and say, oh god, look at that, who would have thought? -- hello!

Markets are amazing things - masses of ignorance trying to continually catch up :)
