But, they would be foolish to think that uley would not get another suitor and recommence production.

The graphite asset is not one that is unwanted or having a poor future req'ment.

Behind the scenes, I think numerous players are sizing up the asset and tuning their bids. The chinese would rather take control of the asset at a good price than let the Japanese have control.

Personally, I feel a deal will transpire that greatly exceeds the non- binding one.
