I should also add that the 1 year lease rate has jumped about 5 times, from 0.25 % to about 1.25 %. All this while silver is going up in price, that says something in itself, i.e the bullion banks feel the need to raise the rate even though they are already rising as they are percentage values of the rising silver spot price. SILVER SHORTAGE!!!

Last December silver spot was strong even though many December COMEX contracts got rolled forward to March. I am thinking something similar might happen this March.

All my opinion and may well be wrong.
