Salave declared Strategic Project – 20-day public consultation opened (BOPA confirms it indirectly)Body:The Government of Asturias has published in the official bulletin (BOPA, July 25) a 20-day public consultation regarding the Salave underground mining project. The notice is issued under article 5.4 of the Strategic Projects Law, which only applies after a project has been declared of Strategic Interest.While the BOPA doesn’t spell it out explicitly, it is legally clear: Salave is now officially a Strategic Project (PIER).The consultation is being held due to a conflict with Tapia’s urban plan (PGEU) – a procedural step required by law, not a sign of weakness. From now on, administrative momentum is hard to stop.Very relevant development for Black Dragon Gold (ASX:BDG), especially in the quiet summer period. Time to watch this space.
